Technical Director

Gary is a seasoned Executive Director with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, most of which was spent with ABS Group in the UK and Middle East. A proven leader in managing global multi-disciplinary teams and excelling in delivering value added services centred around asset integrity, inspection, safety & risk consulting, and advanced engineering services to clients worldwide.

Gary also has acquisition and merger experience, having recently led the successful sale of a global inspection business, and played an integral role in its seamless integration into the acquiring organization. Gary leads with a hands-on approach, and capable of managing diverse teams in high pressure environments fostering collaboration to deliver on organizations objectives. He is passionate about mentoring teams and is committed to raising the bar — fostering innovation, ensuring safety, and delivering long-term value to every organization we support.

John Moffatt

Well Integrity Director

John is an innovative executive with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, leading teams at all levels and managing successful projects that have included well integrity, drilling, production solutions and well construction and abandonment.

He is an analytical strategist skilled in successfully navigating corporations such as Halliburton Integrated Solutions, BP, Royal Dutch Shell (an ADNOC operating company) and Lloyd’s Register A C-level leader with experience directing companies, building relationships and promoting synergy across business lines and global units to drive positive change, cohesive, comprehensive business approaches and enhanced sustainable profitability.

Ken Gardner

Asset Integrity Director

Ken is a visionary, results-driven, and technically adept, leader in asset management and operational excellence with a track record of transforming maintenance strategies into high-performance, compliance-driven programs.

Over the course of his 40-year career, he has developed and led innovative initiatives that have enhanced reliability, reduced downtime, and elevated industry standards in the offshore drilling and energy sectors. With global experience as a service engineer and a seasoned mechanical superintendent, he leads with a hands-on approach, cultural intelligence, and a passion for mentoring teams. He is committed to raising the bar in maintenance management fostering innovation, ensuring safety, and delivering long-term value to every organization we support.

Vergel Santos

Finance / HR Manager

Vergel is an accomplished Finance Manager and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with over 20 years of leadership experience in the energy industry.

He has a proven track record in driving financial strategy, tax compliance, payroll, and data management. He specialises in optimizing financial systems and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency as well as payroll and Human Resources administration. Vergel is recognized for delivering strategic cost savings, effective problem resolution, and robust risk mitigation to enhance profitability and support sustainable growth across regional and global operations.

Sven Fredriksson

Leadership & Performance Consultant

Sven brings over 20 years of operational experience, primarily in the subsea sector, working with leading service companies, drilling contractors, and operators.

Throughout his career, he has built and led numerous high-performing teams, gaining first-hand insight into what drives organisational success – and what holds it back. For the past seven years, Sven has focused on helping professionals and leaders reconnect with what truly drives them. Through a values-led, purpose-driven approach, he guides leaders to achieve Authentic Performance, where personal alignment meets professional excellence. Ben Murrell

Senior Risk Consultant

Ben is an accomplished and adaptable business leader with a proven track record of delivering tangible, results-driven solutions to complex challenges. Ben has over 20-years’ experience in Risk Management working at a senior level for Shell, Transocean and Amec Foster Wheeler (now Wood).

His passion lies in providing people-centric, cost-efficient solutions that harness the latest technological advancements, ultimately adding substantial value to organizations. Core competencies encompass Enterprise Risk Management, Travel Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Planning. He excels in consultative stakeholder management and strategic planning, consistently driving outcomes that align with our clients’ business goals.

Ron McGuire

Lead Marine Consultant

Ron is a Master Mariner with varied international onshore and offshore management experience in project support, exploration, transportation, harbour pilotage and terminal management. He has experience working on ULCC, offshore vessels, FPSO, Self-Propelled and non-propelled jack up barges and semi subs, both as client and contractor.

He is an experienced company representative and speaker on various international forums including OCIMF, UKOOA, IMCA, BROA, OJME.  He has served as an Expert Panel Member and is also an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute.  In addition to his operational experience Ron is a Lecturer for IMO.A.1079(28) Stability, OIM and Barge Supervisor courses and a fully qualified OPITO Competence Assessor.

Janice Henderson

Learning & Organisational Effectiveness Consultant

Janice has spent over 25 years in senior roles in Learning & Organisational Development working in different regions around the world.

Her key focus is on developing and empowering people for operational excellence and aligning people, safety, strategy, and processes to ensure that the organisation has the desired level of competency for its workforce, supports workforce development and is recognised as an employer of choice.

Janice is also an experienced trainer, accredited Assessor (A1) and Internal Verifier (L&D11).
